Santa Rosa Telephone Cooperative began a Scholarship Program in 2000 using the unallocated funds from general business and Patronage Capital Refunds.   The $1000 ($500/semester) scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors. The Scholarship is for the immediate family of Cooperative members  who reside within Santa Rosa's service area.  Applications are available at our Business Offices in Vernon and Seymour. Applications may be requested in person or by phone beginning in November of each year. All applications are due in February 1st.
